What is on-demand Reformer Pilates?
On-demand Reformer Pilates gives you complete control over your workout schedule. Walk into our studio, check in at the kiosk, and start a guided session using your own wireless headphones.
How does it work?
Our touchscreen kiosk lets you select your preferred class length and level. Connect your Bluetooth headphones, follow the instructions on screen, and enjoy a self-guided Pilates session on your own schedule.
Do I need to bring anything?
Yes. Grip socks are required for all sessions. You must also bring your own Bluetooth-compatible headphones. Please make sure they’re charged and ready before class.
What if I forget my headphones?
If the studio isn’t busy, you may play the class out loud—but please be courteous to other members.
What if my screen isn’t working?
If you’re visiting outside of staffed hours, try restarting the screen by holding down the button on the back (bottom right), then tapping “Restart.”

Absolutely. Beginner sessions offer step-by-step instruction and are great for those new to Reformer Pilates.
How long are the classes?
You can choose from 20 to 50-minute class options. The time slot itself is 50 minutes to streamline scheduling. If you’re short on time, feel free to select a shorter class—but be sure to finish within your allotted 50-minute window.
What if I’m running late?
If you’re late, you can still jump into a shorter session to make the most of your time. The kiosk gives you full control over what class and length to take.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, all members must book via the member app before arriving to avoid overlap with other scheduled sessions.
Can I show up and do a class without booking?
No. Walk-ins without a booking are not permitted, as the slot may already be reserved by another member.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book your sessions up to 4 weeks in advance through your member app.
How long do I have to cancel a class?
We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel a class without penalty.
What if I need to cancel last minute?
If you cancel within 12 hours of your class, it will be considered a late cancellation and the session will be forfeited.
What if I’ve never used a Reformer machine before?
No worries! We provide a quick tutorial option before your class starts. Our beginner sessions are also designed to familiarize you with the Reformer safely and effectively.
Is there staff onsite to help?
While the studio is designed to be fully self-service, support is always available via the help button on the kiosk if you need assistance.
What if I’m unsure which class to choose?
We recommend starting with beginner-level sessions to get comfortable with the equipment and instruction style. You can gradually work your way up from there.
What if my friend wants to join me?
We have a strict no tailgating policy. If a non-booked guest enters the studio with you, a $50 fee will be charged to your account, and your membership may be suspended.
