Welcome to Priority Pilates Studio. By using our studio, kiosk system, services, website, or mobile platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Studio Use and Membership

All members must be at least 18 years old or have written parental/guardian consent.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
You agree to follow all studio rules and respect the space, staff, equipment, and fellow members.

2. On-Demand Kiosk Use

Our mobile kiosk provides access to on-demand Reformer Pilates sessions via headphones.
Use of the kiosk and Reformer equipment is at your own risk.
You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to use the equipment safely. If unsure, consult your physician before participating.

3. Booking, Cancellations & Access

Kiosk and Reformer sessions may require pre-booking depending on studio capacity.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged or penalized.
The studio reserves the right to refuse access to anyone who violates policies or presents a risk to themselves or others.

4. Health & Safety

You must disclose any medical conditions or injuries that could affect your ability to safely participate in Pilates.
Proper workout attire and clean, grip-appropriate socks are required.
Do not use equipment or kiosks if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in any session or using our equipment, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in physical activity.
Priority Pilates Studio and its staff are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while on the premises or using our services.
You agree to release and hold harmless Priority Pilates from any claims arising from participation.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments must be made in advance or according to your selected membership plan.
No refunds will be issued for unused sessions unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or fees with notice.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

Priority Pilates Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
